2. Fill the questionnaire

3. Send the following to almasiskincare@gmail.com

a. The filled questionnaire

b. 2 pictures of the affected area.

4. Wait for our response 

We will send you advice on the treatment of the skin, hair or nail condition that includes over-the-counter products and prescription medications.
